Ordering, Shipping, Return and Privacy Policies
Ordering & Taxes
How to Order
1. Order by Phone - Phone us at (780) 997-0970 and pay with by credit card over the phone.
2. Order by Fax - Print our fax order form and then fax your completed order to 1-866-448-5519.
3. Order by Mail - Print out our fax order form, include your money order or draft and mail it to:

Picking Up Your Order
If you want to pick your order up at our retail store, please enter PICKUP in the voucher section of the order form and leave your pick up information in the notes section of the order form.
Orders are generally available for pick-up within a couple of business days. Please call us at (780) 997-0970 to arrange your pick-up. Please have your order information ready when you call.
Pre-Orders
Freckle Fashion will hold all orders for shipping if the order includes a "pre-order" for an item that is indicated as out of stock and available for pre-order online. If you would like your order to ship seperately from this "pre-order" item please request this by emailing info@frecklefashion.com or calling us at (780) 997-0970. In some cases there may be an additional shipping charge applied.
Sales Tax
Taxes - Canadian Orders:
Provincial Sales Tax (PST)- All Ontario orders are subject to 8% PST
Goods and Services Tax (GST)- All provinces are subject to 5% GST charge (except NFLD, NB, NS)
Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) - Nfld, NS, NB subject to 13% HST (combined GST and PST)
Taxes - Orders outside of Canada:
No Federal (GST) or Provincial (PST) taxes will be charged on items shipped outside of Canada. The purchaser is responsible for any duty or customs charges that may apply to their orders.
Order Status
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. If, for any reason, the products you have ordered will be delayed, we will notify you immediately.
Within Canada expect arrival time of 5-10 business days depending upon your location. We ship via Canada Post expedited parcel service with tracking and guaranteed delivery dates. If you would like your order sent by a courier for faster delivery, please note that additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us for further information.
US and International orders will take approximately 10-12 business days to arrive, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. No tracking number is provided for this service. If you would like a tracking number, a guaranteed delivery date or a courier service, please note that additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact us for further details. Freckle Fashion cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed in customs or by the post office.
Data and Credit Card Security
Your credit card information is processed via Paypal, offering a safe, secure method of paying for your items, without sharing your financial information with us. Freckle Fashion will never request your credit card information for an online order outside of Paypal, so please do not send your credit card information via email as that is not a secure method.
Shipping Policy

Before Accepting Delivery of Your Order: We want to be sure that you are 100% satisfied with your Freckle Fashion purchase. Please examine your order carefully before accepting delivery. Do not accept any packages that have been damaged during shipping.
Canceled Orders: For orders cancelled prior to shipping there will be a 10% re-stocking fee.
Returns
Return Policy
We will gladly provide a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase on merchandise presented with price tickets attached and original receipt. Refunds will be in original method of payment. All jewelry, undergarments and swimwear are considered Final Sale. All Special Occasion Wear and Sale items are considered Final Sale.
If you would like to return your purchased items, please email us your order number (found on your email receipt) to obtain a refund authorization number. Without a refund authorization number, the package will be refused.
You must then fill out the return form and include this form in your package. Once your return is received by Freckle Fashion, you will receive the full purchase price of your merchandise less the shipping costs. Sorry, but shipping costs, border taxes or custom charges are not refundable. Naturally, if an error is made by Freckle Fashion, we will gladly refund your shipping costs as well.
All items must be in new condition with all tags attached and in the packaging. Worn items, personalized items and special orders are not returnable. No item is returnable after 30 days from purchase. If the package is refused, sent back as “return to sender” or the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, Freckle Fashion will recover this shipping cost prior to refunding. Therefore the customer will pay an additional shipping cost.
Return Form
A return form must be completed and sent with the return - an email request MUST be sent prior to the return so that you may obtain a return authorization number. Click here to download our return form. Print the form, then return teh completed copy with your order number.
Privacy Policy
Freckle Fashion is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information. Your information is safe with us. All of your information, including email addresses, phone numbers and personal data are treated with care. We do not sell or share our customer list with any outside party.
